Welcome to the first edition of our Q&A series hosted by Vitamin King Australia. In this series Adam and myself will be tackling your questions regarding nutrition, training and supplementation.
There’s a superfluous amount of misinformation out there and even we’ve been guilty of subscribing to some of it. The most important thing to remember when listening to, or reading anything is to remain skeptical and question everything! Further to that, also keep in mind that personal anecdotes and case studies are a very low form of evidence. Just because your mate thinks it worked for him, it doesn’t mean it did. Gather in all the information you can, stay skeptical, push aside the shit and see what works for you. I hope you get something out of this session. Enjoy!
